Hur man sedan f\u00f6rmedlar det \u00e4r en fr\u00e5ga om kanalval och utformning och det l\u00e4mnar vi till en annan g\u00e5ng. Nu handlar det om VAD du ska s\u00e4ga, visa eller illustrera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">H\u00e4r f\u00f6ljer min process som jag anv\u00e4nder f\u00f6r mina kunder. Den ger mig och \u00f6vriga inblandade v\u00e4gledning, inte bara i uppstarten av ett samarbete, utan varje g\u00e5ng det \u00e4r dags f\u00f6r ett nytt projekt eller produktion \u2013 stor som liten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Produktgenomg\u00e5ng<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">H\u00e4r g\u00e5r vi igenom f\u00f6retagets produkt eller tj\u00e4nst. Vad \u00e4r syftet, vilka funktioner finns och hur ser f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningsmodellen ut?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Service &amp; kringtj\u00e4nster<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vilken allm\u00e4n serviceniv\u00e5 kan kunderna v\u00e4nta sig? Beroende p\u00e5 aff\u00e4rsmodell finns ofta b\u00e5de gratistj\u00e4nster och betalda konsulttj\u00e4nster som f\u00f6rknippas med huvudprodukten. Den typen av information kan vara av stor betydelse n\u00e4r en ny kund v\u00e4ljer leverant\u00f6r, men \u00e4r lika ofta bra f\u00f6r att l\u00e4gga kundernas f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntningar p\u00e5 r\u00e4tt niv\u00e5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. V\u00e4rderingar och aff\u00e4rsfilosofi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V\u00e4rderingar och f\u00f6retagskultur finns d\u00e4r, oavsett om ni skrivit ned dem eller ej. Om du jobbat l\u00e4nge p\u00e5 samma st\u00e4lle, eller byggt upp ditt eget f\u00f6retag s\u00e5 kanske du inte \u00e4gnar f\u00f6retagsv\u00e4rderingarna s\u00e5 stor tanke till vardags. Men f\u00f6r en blivande kund, s\u00e4rskilt om ni verkar internationellt, kan skillnader i v\u00e4rderingar och aff\u00e4rskultur vara v\u00e4ldigt intressanta. Dessutom \u00e4r det sj\u00e4lvklart viktigt att ditt externa budskap \u00e4r i samklang med f\u00f6retagets grundv\u00e4rderingar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. M\u00e5lgruppsanalys<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vilka \u00e4r m\u00e5lgrupperna och vilka \u00e4r deras bevekelsegrunder n\u00e4r de fattar beslut? Det \u00e4r vanligt att man har mer \u00e4n en m\u00e5lgrupp, men \u00e4nd\u00e5 anv\u00e4nder samma budskap till alla. Sluta med det. Optimera, s\u00e5 gott det g\u00e5r, budskapet f\u00f6r olika m\u00e5lgrupper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Konkurrentanalys &amp; positionering<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En konkurrentanalys kan g\u00f6ras v\u00e4ldigt enkel eller omfattande och detaljerad, beroende p\u00e5 vilket behov man k\u00e4nner av att f\u00f6rst\u00e5 skillnader och likheter med konkurrenter. En konkurrentanalys kan tydligg\u00f6ra b\u00e5de den egna och andras positionering p\u00e5 marknaden och vara till nytta n\u00e4r man beh\u00f6ver differentiera sitt eget erbjudande, antingen aff\u00e4rsm\u00e4ssigt eller i kommunikationen. I sin allra enklaste form r\u00e4cker det att lista upp de viktigaste skillnaderna som grund f\u00f6r n\u00e4sta steg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. F\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningsargumentation \u2013 dvs kundnytta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vilket problem l\u00f6ser produkten f\u00f6r m\u00e5lgruppen? Vilka ytterligare v\u00e4rden tillf\u00f6r den? Kan vi erbjuda n\u00e5got som konkurrenterna saknar? F\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningsargumenten ska listas upp separat f\u00f6r varje m\u00e5lgrupp, \u00e4ven om flera sammanfaller. Argumenten ska formuleras s\u00e5 att de fokuserar p\u00e5 kundnytta. En funktion \u00e4r inget f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningsargument, men v\u00e4rdet den tillf\u00f6r kunden \u00e4r det.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Budskapet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00e4r grundarbetet gjort \u00e4r det enkelt att utforma tr\u00e4ffs\u00e4kra marknadsbudskap, oavsett var det sedan ska spridas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Enklare \u00e4n det verkar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">K\u00e4nns det som en j\u00e4tteprocess? Det \u00e4r det oftast inte. Vi ska inte g\u00f6ra det m\u00e4rkv\u00e4rdigare eller mer komplicerat \u00e4n det beh\u00f6ver vara. D\u00e4remot undviker du att l\u00e4gga pengar p\u00e5 hemsidor, broschyrer, annonser och m\u00e4ssor som ger d\u00e5ligt genomslag hos m\u00e5lgruppen.
